The Faithful Feature
You are all in for a real treat today. I believe I met Diana through a mutual Facebook group and as I started to read her blog Diana’s Diaries, I was hooked. The amount of wisdom I glean from her writing is remarkable. Each and every word is so spirit led and brings an abundance of nourishment to the soul.
Not only does she write about her own life circumstances and how her sure-footed faith gets her through, but she shares valuable insight into the spiritual battle that is taking place all around us.
I’m absolutely honored to share Diana with you as February’s Faithful Feature.
A Blog is Born
Hi there!
So glad you are visiting me today I am Diana Abe. I am very happy to be here for the Faithful Feature to share a little bit about myself and Diana’s Diaries. Thank you, sweet Natalie, for giving me a warm welcome.
I grew up in a Christian home, but Christ became personal to me only in my mid- 20’s as I began to reel from painful memories that haunted me night after night. I had no one and nowhere to turn to for encouragement because the traumas from my childhood were too private to share.
Suddenly, the dusty Bible became my trusty companion in my painful days. God soon became my song, a healing balm, and my dearest Abba.
I started capturing in my diary all that the Lord would speak to me, so that I would never forget how He led me in my wilderness.
After I had my triplets, I found myself in an extremely lonely season without friends and families. Everyone I thought were close were suddenly absent.
My kids were born at 26 weeks, and as a first-time mother I was overwhelmed. Yet, I experienced the Hand of God strengthening me and giving me the grace to raise my children.
Today, I can say that God gave me a three-month extra bonus with my children born prematurely and taught me to only rely on Him.
The Triune God showed up every single day when my kids were in the NICU and even now whenever I needed comfort, wisdom and strength.
An Over Flowing Tribute
In Psalm 45:1 we read “My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.’
A heart that is overflowing with the thought of her Lord, must never cease to write. I was called to start a blog so that I would fill my life with the Word and pen it for others to be drawn to this Lord as well.
Diana’s Diaries is my tribute to my Heavenly Father, and my constant companion. I am merely a pen in the hand of the only One who stayed beside while others left me stranded.
Friend, know that Christ is more than enough in this journey called life, and He alone can turn our Marah (bitterness) into sweetness.
This is the message that I want to share profusely to my readers.
Diana’s Diaries
My blog is an open diary for readers from all walks to life who want to have a deep-rooted relationship with Christ. It is a theme based as well as verse focused encouraging devotionals
I remember studying about the cactus in school. The reason why a Cactus can survive in the scorching desert is because its roots go deep almost 5-foot to collect water and store it as well. The thorns protect the Cacti from wild animals and even people.
The quality of a deep-rooted Christian is that
a). She knows where to find the Living Water even in the barren and dry season and
b). She is vigilant of the roaring lion who wants to cut off those deep roots.
“but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.”
John 4:14 NASB
The Battles We Face
The battles and the enemy are very real but know that our Lord is more powerful than the Devil.
On the cruel Cross, the King of Kings wore a crown of thorns so that He could redeem us and set us from the shackles of our bondage.
Sharing the gospel to the ones who never heard about Jesus is our highest calling and mission.

The verse I received from the Lord this year is that “the battle belongs to the Lord” along with the theme “the battles we face” which I have been writing these days.
“This is what the LORD says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.”
2 Chronicles 20:15 NIV
Gratitude
I cannot end my testimony without mentioning about the world of amazing bloggers I met over these last 16 months. Godly women born and raised in various parts of this world yet with the same mission. I hope to meet you all someday if not here on this earth, then face to face along with our glorious KING in Heaven.
Please do stop by Diana’s Diaries anytime, I will be encouraged. I would also love to pray for you as well.
Diana is married to her supportive husband and privileged to be called mama by her triplets. She loves to joke about how being a middle school teacher helped her to raise her kiddos today. When she is not writing ; you will find her reading, cooking international cuisines, and listening to K-love.
She proudly calls herself a stay-at-home missionary mom who is called to raise godly warriors in this ungodly world. She hopes to leave a legacy to her children through her devotional writings and prayers, the only gifts that will last.
Visit her over at Diana’s Diaries, where she pens about growing spiritually deep in the Word and being fully armored against the invisible enemy.
You will find her active on these platforms as well:
